This place has an amazing location in the city center, top-notch service, and the food is fantastic.

The staff at the reception desk is very considerate, the building is stunning, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with a shower, top-notch amenities, and a comfortable king size bed.

Excellent selection on breakfast items. Perfect location, right next to Tonhalle Concert Hall, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

1- The Arabic TV channels were limited, also the same with the paid ones. Most of them were News! I suggest adding more Arabic channels especially the comedy and kids channels. If you need to know some examples I am happy to send you the names and frequencies. 2- The rate of Car Park was expensive. It should be a special discount for Gusts.

Spacious room with separate living area. Great breakfast selection with tasty off-menu options. Convenient location near banks and lawyers. Excellent concierge, Sanjin, secured great seats for a show.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and exceptionally designed. Loved that the Hotel Staff addressed me by my name, this adds such a nice personal touch. There were a few "snafus" when we checked in, however; the Hotel Manager went over and above to remedy the situation to our satisfaction.

Well, the rooms were expensive; and the food in the restaurants were exceptional but also very expensive (30 chf for a hamburger?)

The design.

I was not provided a non-smoking room as requested so I dislike the smell of cigars and cigarettes in my room during my entire stay.

Exceptional staff, perfect location, impressive facilities, spacious and functional rooms, friendly and professional service.

No negatives.

Room rate at CHF660 outrageous. Hotel not worth it. Restaurant closed on my Sunday night stay; having to walk down the road to find place for dinner not acceptable at that room rate.
